LG&D Career Coaching Framework

The career coaching methodology “LG&D Career Coaching Framework”, integrates LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials, and Neuro Soundwave Technology into the structured process. 

 

Part 1: LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials

It is a facilitated communication and problem solving method. The participant is led through a series of questions, which go deeper and deeper, using the 3D LEGO model. The facilitated session is led by Yeo Lay Geok, who is certified facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials.

 

Part 2: Neuro Soundwave Technology – The Activator

The Activator with embedded Brain Stimulator Soundwave stimulates growth of synapses to enhance neuron connections. It uses a complex waveform with 5 segments of musical compositions and different embedded Soundwave. The 5 key functions of the Brain Stimulator Soundwave are listed as below:

  1. Use Neuro Code’s Relaxation Soundwave to help user enter meditation state, promote Neuron connections and enhance their brain functions.
  2. Use Alpha waves to enhance right brain, improves creativity and innovative thinking.
  3. Synchronize right and left-brain waves. Reduce pressure on right brain and enhances the function of Corpus Callosum.
  4. Activate Midbrain to enhance motor skill coordination ability and activate Cerebellum to enhance fear regulation and sensory perception ability.
  5. Enhances Amygdala to improve emotion control and long-term memory.

 

Participant will use the Activator on a daily basis for 25 minutes to stimulate the brain and enhance right brain power. This would increase the participant’s ability to create new ideas and have greater adaptability to situations. 

Session 1

(3 hours)

 Starting Point

Coaching using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials

A series of questions are asked:

What: Setting of career goal;

How: How to get to the goal and the resources required. 

Outcome: Formulation of roadmap to get to the goal.

The session includes a short training on the participant’s daily use of Neuro Soundwave Technology – The Activator for the next 3 months.

Session 2

(1 hour)

 End of 1 month

Coaching as a check in and brainstorming session to review your goal and the roadmap developed in Session 1. Adjustments to be made where necessary. 

 

Session 3

(1 hour)

 End of 2 months Coaching as a check in and brainstorming session to review the timeline to meeting your goal and the roadmap developed / adjusted in previous sessions. Adjustments to be made where necessary. 

Session 4

(2.5 hours)

 End of 3 months

Brainstorming of new ideas and resources that will facilitate you in getting to your goal, using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials.

Adjustment of roadmap developed in earlier sessions where necessary.

Outcome: Final roadmap for the participant to use as you progress along in your career

Complementary Session

(1 hour)

 Between 4th month and 6th month Coaching session upon request by participant to discuss career related aspects.
